Actually, to be honest, I wouldn't have noticed them specifically until they were pointed out to me. Adam and Ethan both put some time into exercising and staying in shape. Do you still walk Kristen? I did some over the summer, but nothing now, unless you call it exercise to spend time walking through Wal-Mart.
its too hot to walk in our neighborhood. the thought of the heat and the pavement and no shade just makes me sweat! but i have done a few workouts (video) lately. its felt good. i need to get on better schedule, though.
